•    Deactivate the alarm
•    Search the building or site if appropriate
•    Contact all parties including Police, Fire Service, Glazing,
Plumbing or Boarding Up Services if required
•    Remain on site until the premises is totally secure
•    Compile a detailed written report and inform the client of the
incident by telephone the next day or immediately if required
