Our team of fully qualified Door Supervisors have many years of experience and work closely with the Police and Town Centre Management enabling the smooth running of all the venues. All venues have a Head Door Supervisor, whose role is the supervision of the team. While also completing nightly reports with feed backs to the management which will include any reports of incidents etc.

OUTSIDE/SEASONAL EVENT SECURITY

Karma Security Ltd have for the last 15 years been supplying security for outside and seasonal events in Hastings and surrounding areas which includes the famous Annual Hastings Seafood Festival, Rye Goes Rock, Black Horse Beer Festival, America’s Day, Hastings Pirate Day and Hastings Olympic Torch Relay amongst others.
A full risk assessment is carried out together with the organiser’s management ensuring that any areas of concern are covered. All requirements of the events are discussed with the team being fully briefed on their responsibilities.

CLOSE PROTECTION SERVICES

Our security guards all receive continuous ongoing training with advanced driver training.

STATIC SECURITY & RECEPTION SECURITY

Karma Karma Security Ltd have a in-depth interview process allowing employment of only security guards who are fully SIA trained, conscientious and observant. Our Security Guards follow a tailor-made procedure providing a first class service.  Static Site Training is ongoing with new technology being implemented constantly such as RFID Techonology and Tagging Patrol Services.

RETAIL SECURITY & CCTV

Only fully SIA trained staff will be used to monitor your CCTV. All action that you require to be taken when incidents occur, will be discussed and agreed with management. Full records of any incidents or noteworthy events will be recorded on a daily or nightly basis.

MOBILE PATROLS

Mobile patrols offer a cost effective and visible deterrent and are the perfect solution for clients with unoccupied premises. Our licensed uniformed security guards will visit and inspect your premises at agreed regular frequencies and physically patrol to check for any damage and intrusion. KEYHOLDING

Keyholding and Alarm Response is essential for any modern business or residential property. We at Karma Security Ltd can deal with any security alarm problems you may encounter by conducting a thorough risk assessment of your premises and identifying the exact service required.

Process:

• Answer all calls from the client’s Alarm Response Company.
• Release the client’s keys from their secure location to a trusted SIA Licensed and CRB vetted Key guard.
• Karma Security Ltd will then attend your premises.
• Identify the cause of the alarm activation.
• Deactivate the alarm
• Search the building or site if appropriate
• Contact all parties including Police, Fire Service, Glazing, Plumbing or Boarding Up Services if required.
• Remain on site until the premises is totally secure
• Deal with the Police if required.
• Contact and supervise Glazing or boarding up services, if required, and authorised
• Remain on site until the premises are made totally secure if required.
• Compile a detailed written report and inform the client of the incident by telephone the next day or immediately if required.
