NEW COURSES IN CONFLICT MANAGMENT FOR FRONTLINE STAFF –
Train your customer facing/ Front Line Staff in Conflict Management Skills that will enable them to deal with rising conflict and abuse in the workplace.
Unfortunately the conflict and abuse your staff deal with can lead to increase stress, sickness and inevitably poor staff retention – but a 2 day course, located in your premises or our local Hastings venue can give your Managers, Receptionists, Telephone and Administration Teams and Sales Assistants the skills to deal with conflict and abuse effectively and professionally.
A two day workshop, with lots of interaction and scenarios – lots of fun! in a friendly environment – costing you just £149.00 per head for groups of 8 plus members.

• First Aid (ABC Technique)
• Basic Health & Safety
• Fire & Evacuation Procedures
• Others, including both directors have more
Qualifications such as ‘Conflict Management’ &
‘Managing Aggression’ etc
