Our team of fully qualified Door Supervisors have many years of experience and work closely with the Police and Town Centre Management enabling the smooth running of all the venues. All venues have a Head Door Supervisor, whose role is the supervision of the team. While also completing nightly reports with feed backs to the management which will include any reports of incidents etc.

OUTSIDE/SEASONAL EVENT SECURITY

Karma Security Ltd have for the last 15 years been supplying security for outside and seasonal events in Hastings and surrounding areas which includes the famous Annual Hastings Seafood Festival, Rye Goes Rock, Black Horse Beer Festival, America’s Day amongst others.
A full risk assessment is carried out together with the organiser’s management ensuring that any areas of concern are covered. All requirements of the events are discussed with the team being fully briefed on their responsibilities.
