Was established to manage and adjust to the wide ranging security arrangements that are now required in these security conscious times.
Based in Hastings town centre we, as directors we have been operational in Hastings, Sussex and Kent undertaking security work for the last 15 years.
We established our Training Team in 2012 and have already been recognised for our professional delivery and be-spoke training packages.
Fully qualified SIA personnel
Karma Security Ltd. provide fully qualified SIA personnel, all of which have passed checks by the criminal records bureau and are suitable for all ‘public entertainment licensed’ venues and events as well as mobile patrols or static security. This can be for commercial premises, building ite, industrial sites, colleges, private residences etc.
Karma Security Ltd. Is in possession of public, contractual, efficacy and employers liability insurance at a level commensurate with the nature of the business undertaken and the number of employees.
Karma Security Ltd. has a code of conduct in place for all members of staff to follow. All personnel are engaged solely on security and supervisory duties.
Karma Security continues to work and maintain strong links with all local agencies to improve information and increase Health and Safety awareness for it’s entire workforce.
Karma Training Ltd. continues to develop training and enhancement modules for it’s employees to obtain additional skills as well as offering courses to employers and individuals. We currently run weekly courses in SIA Door Supervision Level 2 and Door Supervision Upskilling courses. See our Training Dept for more details.
Present Clientele
We are able to accommodate the needs of all types of businesses & organisations, at present some examples of our clients are: Industrial Sites, Schools, Retail Parks, Caravan Parks, Night Venues, Private Estates, Amusement Arcades and shops. We also provide security services for Special & Seasonal Events as well as taking on Key Holding responsibilities & organising Mobile Patrols.
Risk Assessment
Karma Security management also carry out risks assessment at all venues, to ensure the safety of all their Staff, Venue Staff, the Public and Customers. The location of our Head Office ensures that we in the centre of the local night life and have many staff in close proximity.

Karma Security Ltd take Health, Safety and the welfare of all its clients, customers and staff seriously. Karma Security Ltd ensure the health, safety and welfare at work of all its clients, customers and staff and conduct a business in such manner not to expose any persons at risk that may effect their health and safety.
Uniform & equipment
Karma Security Ltd ensures every member of staff is equipped with uniforms and high quality equipment to ensure safety and professionalism. Radios, Earpieces etc are regularly serviced and updated. We feel that the image of our staff represents the professional service we supply and take pride in our staff wearing easily recognised and professional uniforms, all with the Karma Security logo, to assure the public we are approachable and legitimate.
Ahead of the game
Karma Security Ltd are always informed of the latest information, by holding regular reviews and evaluating each weekend. Written statements are fed back to us via Head Doorman / Supervisors, Customers and the Venues. This allows us to critically analyze information and adapt the current trends of good and bad behavior. It also means we have statements on hand for Police or any authority if required.
Karma Security Ltd Management attend all all relevant meetings i.e. Town Centre Management, Bar Watch, and Door Supervisors. This enables us to obtain a full picture of what is happening and how to take the appropriate action.
Karma Security Ltd believe being Pro-Active is very important to every bodies safety.
Karma Security Ltd endeavor to work with the Police and Local Authorities and seize any and all opportunities and to discuss and deal with the latest issues.
Karma Security Ltd have several static security security contracts and utilizes electronic key pads to ensure that all areas are checked on regular basis. Data is then checked, which eliminates any chance of errors or omissions.
